Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Zanaani is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to assist in filing a claim if necessary.
International Shipping
